Orientations are informal meetings which provide the opportunity for an experienced

member of the TimeBank to walk new members through how the TimeBank works,

what the policies and procedures are, and where possible, give a demonstration of

Community Weaver, the online database. Attending an orientation session is part of

the Hamilton TimeBank membership process. The next sessions will be held on:

Thursday 28 March

Momento Cafe, Cnr Hood & Victoria Streets, with Raia (6pm)

Thursday 4 April

Knighton Road with Jane (2pm)

Monday 8 April

Dey Street with Ruth (6.30pm)

Tuesday 9 April

Momento Café, Cnr Hood & Victoria Streets with Raia (6pm)

Monday 15 April

Mahoe Street with Pam (10am)

Tuesday 16 April

Millennium Place with Judy (10am)

Or get a group together and hold one at a café, library, community

house, or even your own home at a date and time that suits you.

Please email Ruth and let her know which session you would like to attend,

hamtimebank@gmail.com

.

When you come to your orientation session please bring 2 forms of identification –

photo (driver’s license, or passport) and address (i.e. a piece of addressed mail).

You will also need the names and contact details of two referees. The membership

form also asks for emergency contact information, but you can email that in at a later

date if you wish.

If you haven’t already registered online you can do so before the orientation at
