Insectaflora in the Sustainable Backyard

Californian Poppies and other wildflowers are used as insectaflora. A patch of ground under the crab apple trees is home to a wild-flower bed designed to provide food source to beneficial insects. This is all part of cultivating an ecology in your permaculture garden, working with nature.
